Here’s my quick and easy recipe for mango butter that will surely satisfy your dried mango cravings! If you’ve ever wanted to do more with dried mango such as being able to spread it on toast or mix it into your greek yogurt / oatmeal, then definitely give this a try. I got sent some lovely dried fruit from Jali Fruit Co. and wanted to get creative with their delicious dried mango product (though I definitely could’ve eaten all their dried mango plain as well!).
I spread my mango butter on an english muffin with greek yogurt and blueberries! This also works so well with oatmeal and pancakes as well.
