Who doesn’t like healthy, refreshing ice cream on a hot summer day? This cinnamon banana “nice” cream will definitely satisfy your ice cream cravings without the guilt of eating too much of the real stuff (though definitely treat yourself to ice cream once in a while!). I used Jem Organic’s Cinnamon Maca Almond Butter in this recipe, but you can substitute with any other nut butter of choice.
- 2 frozen bananas
- (a lot of) Cinnamon
- Cinnamon Maca Almond Butter
- Add-ins of choice
- Blend frozen bananas until smooth. You may need to scrape down the sides of the blender a few times to get that smooth consistency!
- Add cinnamon and nut butter of choice, as well as any additional add-ins you want.
- Transfer to a bowl and eat immediately or refreeze for 30 min before consuming.
